Estate Planning and Probate

1. Estate Planning

estate-planning-1We recognize that the ability to proactively identify and avoid legal issues is as important as the ability to confront disputes head-on in litigation. Nowhere is this approach more essential than in the area of estate planning and probate. While an estate plan is at its core a set of legal documents, it in fact becomes much more than that when your children and heirs become involved.  We are mindful of this and the trust placed in us whenever someone seeks our assistance with his or her estate plan, and strive to deliver the most professional and knowledgeable counsel possible.

Because we are a smaller firm, we don’t pass off your planning needs to clerks or paralegals – we meet with you and we prepare your estate plan. When we sit down with you, we carefully examine your assets, future financial needs and your goals for yourself and your loved ones in order to craft an appropriate estate plan. Typical plans will include Wills, Trusts, Advance Health Care Directives, Powers of attorney.

2. Probate & Trust Administration
